Then if I don't get interlock to work while driving, you get locked out and have to pay 75 dollars to unlock the device every time, not cool.😡😡😡

I owe them a couple hundred bucks because covid cost me my job and ability to afford the device. It took me 2 months to get it removed and I was charged the whole time hence the debt. I told them for the time being there is nothing I can do yet I continue to get threatening messages saying they could take legal action against me. I call to try and come to a resolution and the guy on the phone is disrespectful and in the end insulted me and then hung up on me. I don’t know what I expected from an industry that profits off of life altering and painful mistakes in other people’s lives. A disgusting company.
