- APAmber PothFeb 11, 20261.0My husband called to see how late we could bring in a vehicle and was told that as long as it was in before closing they could do the oil change. When we arrived we were told that card payment wouldn’t be accepted because the “card reader shuts down 30 minutes before closing”. After talking with another person it was determined that they could do it the car was in the bay for no longer than 5 minutes, so it is impossible to know if they really did the oil change. The filter (at least the outside) is quite dirty. And they overfilled the oil by about a quart. This is NOT good service and GM should not have hours until 7 if their staff are unwilling to do things properly. Photo attached.
