    If you like being treated rude, this is your place to go! Lack of communication, 3.5 weeks for front pannel and headlight to be replaced. Many other body shops in Greeley and would highly suggest going somewhere else.

    This place is amazing! First time using them and the customer service was excellent. Duran, the manager, went above and beyond to help and even addressed additional issues with my car. He kept me updated throughout the entire process. They truly go the extra mile to make sure customers are happy. Quality work and outstanding service—highly recommend!

    I recently had my 2022 Camry towed there for some body repairs after a collision. So far the initial take in process has been good. The staff have been friendly and knowledgeable. I will repost a new review after the repairs on my car are complete , and hopefully there up to our satisfaction. Update- We have been told 2 times that the car was ready and both times the car was not near close to be completed. The first time my wife got a text that the car was ready and I even called to verify and was told it was ready. I had to leave early from work to make it there before they closed and even returned the rental. When we got there the car was still disassembled and not ready. Spoke to Duran in person and I pointed all the defects that had not been repaired. Duran said that he would personally keep us updated on the repairs and that he would also verify that the quality of work was good before he would call us. Duran called us on 12-17-2025 and said that the car was ready and that he had gone through the entire car and it was up to his standards. Again I had to leave work early to pick up the car and this time the car was completely dirty on the outside and the interior had dust all over, they could of had the car detailed since when we dropped of the car it was very clean. What makes it worse is that they buffed out some door panels that go around the door and looked horrible, they wiped some armor all to make them look shiny since they had over buffed them. The last issue was that the new bumper color didn’t match the rest of the car and it doesn’t fit correctly.So far it has been a nightmare since it’s costing me money by leaving work early and the rental car we were also paying for it out of pocket. This could have been avoided if Duran would pay more attention to detail, and replace the parts that are damaged and not try to fix them which made it worse. At this point I would definitely recommend not bringing your vehicle to this place.

    WORST RECEPTIONIST EVER Worst experience ever took my car in to get repaired. ( mind you my car is brand new and I got hit a couple months back ) They returned my car with hail damage and a broken windshield and failed to inform us that this happened , After taking my car to another shop to fix the windshield they told me the damage was not cause from the hail But that Gerber collision caused the damage. When I asked the lady ( a blond lady ) what day did they stated ,they called us to inform us about the hail she couldn’t provide me with that information. She kept telling me it was a guy so I asked her if she can tell me what guy it was , she then said “ I am not a guy “ ( obviously) telling me she doesn’t know ( not bothering to ask ) so when I asked for a manager, she came back with an answer . She did not apologize for being rude to my mom and I . But was rolling her eyes at me when I was obviously upset my brand new car bad damages that were not caused by the car accident.
