I was patient and could see they were hustling hard. My rental was fine mechanically but there were definitely a few quality issues with it over the course of my rental. When I returned the car I let them know I was disappointed and didn't think it met Enterprise typical standards, nor mine. They addressed each comment and apologized for the inconveniences caused, provided a small discount which I didn't expect and made me feel valued as a customer. No business gets it right every time but I appreciate a business that provides resolutions and treats customers well. Thank you Sam! I will give them another try next time I need a rental car.

When I went to drop it off no issues. While waiting for my ride I chatted with the location manager Sam really nice guy. This was probably one of my best experiences renting a car.
