  Wish I could remember the young gentleman who took care of us (he might’ve been the manager?) but he was super professional took care of the brakes and another issue with the car in a short amount of time and more reasonably priced than even several places I called to.

  No communication. Take the day off before you schedule anything. I took my car in because my breaks were being spotty. I scheduled an appointment for a break pad replacement thinking that was the issue. After waiting the full hour thirty, they came back out to tell me my brake pads were good, but threw a $1,600 list of other issues I needed to take care of. They did throw a discount on the overall price, but I didn't know they were inspecting my car and they didn't let me know till they were done. So problem not solved, but located. They said I needed these issues fixed immediately and to keep my car parked till we went through with the fixes. I decided to jump the gun and go ahead with a second appointment fixing everything they had listed, they ordered in parts so I could get my car in as early as 9am. They said they'd get it quickly put together and should be finished around lunch. I waited till about 12:00pm before making a check-up call. They said everything looked good, just draining air and gonna give it a test drive, but seemed to be on the closing ends of the operation. When I arrived at 2:00pm, they gave me a greeting, but it wasn't until 10 minutes later that they said they were about to call me because the part they ordered was broken. Now it'll be ready before the end of the night. I mean, I get it. Shit happens, things don't work out, but I would've hoped for a little better communication so I wasn't running back and forth on a 30 minute commute. I also don't get the point of giving me a list of everything that needs fixing then deciding to not go forward with a couple of them. Final update: appointment scheduled at 9:00am, picking up and ready at 5:20pm. There is a new warning light in my car that requires me to take it back, but perferably to a different dealership.

  Great group of people I've always went here when I worked in Colorado and I still travel down from north dakota to fly out of Denver and before I do i make a trip here to get any services I need done they always do the job right highly recommend

  Dealing with car maintenance is never enjoyable, but the staff here makes it a whole lot painless! I was taken care of by Sandy today for getting my breaks done and her customer service is exceptional! From booking my appointment over the phone to checking out she was absolutely wonderful! I noticed every employee checking in on arriving customers and asking if they had been helped yet. Many thanks to all of them for helping me out today.

  I first came to get a checkup super fast and Fernando provided me what I needed to know he’s super helpful. I came again to get my wheel bearings changed they had my info from previously coming in and took me in to get same day repairs. I recommend coming here it’s super fast and convenient! Thanks again Fernando!
