  Went in this morning due to my truck not starting- my mechanics I normally use is in Brighton. My truck would not make it there- went to brakes plus and had a wonderful experience. Not only did they get me in immediately, but they also replace my battery and alternator at an incredible price. I'm a single mom living on a budget and they charged me exactly what driving to Brighton to use my regular mechanic would have cost me. Jess was amazing and helped me get the parts that I needed for my truck and getting my vehicle done right away. Brakes plus played no games with me, didn't try to oversell me and kept it affordable in a timely manner so that I could be on the road the same day within a couple of hours of taking my vehicle there. I recently moved to Greeley and have now found my new mechanic closer to home and reliable. THANK YOU! 10/10- if I could rate higher, I absolutely would. To top it all off everything comes with a warranty. Jess and her amazing team of mechanics got me on the road- WORRY FREE!

  I went in for an oil change & was told I needed all new roaters & pads. When i was given the price I said I could only afford 1/2 that amount so asked if front or back should be replaced first. When the Manager, Jes came to tell me my vehicle was ready she magically was able to do all four within my budget! I literally cried i was so grateful. She made sure my vehicle brakes were safe for my granddaughter & I. She recommended other repairs needed in the near future & I will be returning to Brakes Plus when finances allow. Jes is FANTASTIC! She is compassionate, understanding, listens, & truly cares about her customers!!! I don't usually post reviews but I had to share about the exceptional & personal service! Thank you Jes!!!!

  Sandy & the mechanics in the back took excellent care of our brakes!!! Theyvwere all so friendly and helpful! We highly recommend plus you can walk across the street to shop at the Arc while you wait!!! We will definitely be back!!!

  I will never bring my cars here they were suppose to have a employee put my keys in my car so I could pick it up an he didn't an then my keys magically disappeared an they they said they would put a new ignition an it only takes 45 to 90 mins an they my car all day till closing time an my car is still not fixed I call Greeley PD an they were no help so they are not a place I would recommend to my family an friends

  I have been coming here and getting my oil changes at this location for years and have never had a problem. The service is always quick and the pricing is fair and affordable. The staff is very friendly, and Sandy. in particular always has a great attitude and positive energy, which makes every visit a great experience.
