  I had a really frustrating experience at the AutoZone on 9th Street in Greeley today. The customer service was honestly unacceptable. Multiple employees were either on their phones or outside in the parking lot hanging out with friends while customers inside the store weren’t getting help. This is one of the reasons why out business does not have a commercial account with you guys, and I’d rather go to O’Reilly’s or Napa. I came in needing an exhaust gasket, something pretty basic. When I asked for help, the employee told me the gasket wall wasn’t set up and everything was still in boxes. I asked if he could check for the part since I really needed it, and he flat-out refused. No effort, no attempt to help—just a “no.” It’s disappointing to see a store run like this, especially when customers rely on you for parts and service. Definitely not the level of professionalism I expected.

  I went into the store early in the morning, I had a simple question. Tammy helped me out. Her customer service is exceptional! I am a consultant at The Geek Squad and in currently and no all about good customer service. I was taking great of by Tammy who was even multitasking and helping other customers in the store. You really don't see this level of customer service anywhere these days, to Tammy's management, please treat her with respect and give her appropriate wages to maintain that level of customer support in your store! Simply exceptional!

  Worst customer service ever!!! Rude people reps were not helpful at all. Just needed a check engine light checked but said they were too busy to help but rep did have time to be on his phone.

  Got my battery checked had a bad cell turned out. They installed my new one on the spot keeping me from going home replacing it and going back with the core.

  Apparently 7:30 opening is a suggestion. Arrived at 7:30 and the building was still dark. Had enough time to enter this review before driving away not able to get in the store. Posted at 7:35 still not open.
