  Preparing to move from Colorado to Washington State, I was looking around at truck prices. Found a good deal with Budget, and I was happy. However, someone from Penske (possibly a corporate office) called me and was talking bad things about Budget amd convinced me to go with Penske. That was a mistake. I had booked about two to three weeks ago, so that everything would be in order when I was ready to move. On the day of my pickup, I was told that I could not rent a truck from Penske amd they could not give me a reason why. Found out later Penske still charged me $100, even though they denied me the use of the truck. Doesn't seem like that should even be legal. Lucky for me, Budget had a truck ready for me. Since I had originally booked with them. I just picked up my Budget truck with no issues, and they were a lot nicer than the people at Penske. At least now I know not to waste my time with Penske, and I will tell my friends and family the same. Thank you for being there for me, Budget! I would steer far clear of Penske, if it was me. They might deny you a truck for no reason and still take your money. Bunch of crooks, in my opinion.

  They won't give you a refund in you return their equipment early (they're supposed to).

  We used there rental services for a 26ft box truck . Everything was in great working condition and clean. Where things go south is with there customer service. I worked with Jason to get the unit rented and was told that they would be closed sunday and to have the unit back Monday. Truck was on site just after 7 am to be checked in . I was charged 2 extra days after I was told I would not. Jason didn't seem to care about fixing the problem. Just kind of blew it off . All business should care about customer service big or small. Be cautious when dealing with this location . But everyone else at this location seemed nice and knew what they were doing.
