I was able to reserve my vehicle online thru the Enterprise app, which I highly recommend. Once I arrived to the Enterprise downtown location, I think I had my rental car in less than 5 minutes. Kudos to Chris who was super friendly, professional, and helpful with all my questions. I always enjoy talking to people (like Chris) who have lots of positive energy and good vibes. He made such an impression, that I made time to document this interaction. Thanks to the Enterprise team (and Chris). Blessings.
- PFPhil FetchikMar 25, 20261.0I rented a vehicle online through the Grand Junction Enterprise location on 5th Street (not the airport). I specifically reserved a luxury sedan through their website. A couple of days before our trip, I received a call informing me that they do not have luxury vehicles available at that location. That was the first time I was made aware of this. The only option I was offered at the same price was a Ford Escape. That is not even close to a comparable replacement for a luxury sedan. When I spoke with Tim, there was no effort to find a reasonable solution. I was simply told that if I wanted the vehicle I originally reserved, I would need to go to Denver to get it. This raises a few concerns: Why is a luxury sedan listed as available on the Grand Junction location’s website if it cannot actually be rented there? Why was availability not clarified at the time of booking? Why was there no comparable substitute offered? This experience felt misleading and disappointing, especially given that the reservation was made in good faith through their own website.
