- MOmega oaklie1 day ago5.0This was the best experience I have ever had at valvoline! I went in at 5pm on Monday March 2nd! I only remember one of the men that helped me names and that is Kyle. All of the people that helped did an amazing job though! I appreciate how kind all of the staff was and how they made sure I understood what they were doing! The service was quick and again I can’t say enough how kind they were. I work in customer service so it is a big thing for me! They get an A++ on how amazon the customer service was!

Avery and devilyn were quick and knowledgeable as well. Couldn't see Bobby but the whole team was phenomenal my son who wakes up to everything stayed asleep the whole.time give them boys a raise

Even the others who worked there but were not working directly with me were friendly and respectful the entire time. I wasn’t oversold on services I didn’t need and felt respected throughout the entire oil change! You can tell the people here actually like their jobs.

The attendant Avery, first greeted me & checked all the lights on my vehicle & did the topside check. Then Gabriel, checked filters & filled the oil. Both young men were smiling, exceptional nice, friendly & efficient. They took care excellent care of my vehicle! Thank you boys for everything & even telling about the Mountain Man Snack truck in the parking lot! Luna & I appreciate you! Highly Recommended!
