The seal was broken, looks like someone opened it and filled with tap water or possibly something dangerous I had to dump it out even though I walked a mile to get water from here. WARNING CHECK THE SEAL BEFORE PURCHASING FROM HERE OR JUST DONT GO HERE AT ALL. Seems to have been done on purpose, possibly by the business owner
