Then the website had us call a different number. Finally the AI was rude and hung up on us after saying not finding a person for us to talk to. No hold, no time to call back, and not a word about someone calling us back. We had to complain to our insurance instead of Safelite. We only used Safelite because our insurance recommended it.

The service guys even jumped to help open the lobby door door for me, backed my car in so it was easier for me to get in, and helped me into the car since I was on crutches. A nice added surprise was they cleaned the in and outside of my other car windows and mirrors. Will definitely use again if needed.
