  The convenience of being a emerald executive member and just walking out onto the parking garage to pick the car that I want is both convenient and a very quick process. Also, their customer service is outstanding.

  The easiest process of picking up a car in all the airports I've been in. Large selection and extremely accessible from terminal. Very clean vehicles and zero problems with the Jeep I had even over mountain passes. Return was just as seamless and agents are helpful and friendly.

  We rented a vehicle in September from the Grand Junction Airport location. Jay, I believe the manager, was cordial while quickly processing our paperwork. He explained the insurance options, and even offered us an upgrade. He suggested a scenic drive to Moab rather than the usual fastest route which did not disappoint. The vehicle was a new model, clean and good repair. The drop-off process in Las Vegas was super smooth. We drove into the rental garage, selected the National line, and when we reached the attendant, he scanned the windshield sticker and we exited the car. A month later, still no surprise charges. We are very satisfied!
