Very clean vehicles and zero problems with the Jeep I had even over mountain passes. Return was just as seamless and agents are helpful and friendly.

He explained the insurance options, and even offered us an upgrade. He suggested a scenic drive to Moab rather than the usual fastest route which did not disappoint. The vehicle was a new model, clean and good repair. The drop-off process in Las Vegas was super smooth. We drove into the rental garage, selected the National line, and when we reached the attendant, he scanned the windshield sticker and we exited the car. A month later, still no surprise charges. We are very satisfied!

I called and requested a receipt 5 separate times and was told each time by the call center that they would reach out to the branch and have them send me the receipt. They issued an "escalation" a “warning” and an "emergency escalation" to the Grand Junction branch. But after 5 attempts I still have no receipt or explanation of why a receipt cannot be issued. Every staff person I have spoken to has been monumentally unhelpful in resolving this issue. I travel for work and have exclusively used National for years. But if they are unable to provide me with a receipt for my rental, I will have no choice but to use another rental company for all future travel.
