  Went in for an oil change left with a complete radiator flush and replacement of some other much needed parts and fluids, definitely needed to be done and thank goodness for the fantastic mechanic that diagnosed my truck. I feel safer on the road because of them will be back for more work in the future!

  I received a full service oil change. They worked fast and today great job thoroughly explaining everything to me. They offer simple accommodations such as coffee and water while you wait. I cannot remember the name of the gentleman who talked to me but on the receipt it had the initials JDO and he was very sweet.

  Maria and her team did a full inspection of my vehicle, looked up the car fax for services needed and changed everything quickly and efficiently. All fluids replaced, and filters changed! They vacuumed my truck, which I wasn’t expecting. I highly recommend! Thank you for everything! Maria knows her vehicles and knew exactly what needed done! Couldn’t recommend a better shop!

  Caught a rock chip this morning. Not even noon and they've got it sealed and ready to go. Only took them 20-30 minutes once I brought the truck to them. Amazing service. Always been a huge fan of grease monkey. After how well they took care of our brand new truck this morning I won't go anywhere else. Gentleman who helped me even cleaned up after himself really well, washed the windshield and everything! Absolutely worth it. Generally only costs 24.99 for a windshield repair, but they work with insurance. 11/10 service.

  When I provided feedback about a negative experience at the North Ave Grease Monkey (see below), I was contacted right away by the store manager, Sean, to see how he could help. He drove all the way to my place of employment to fix my glove box. He was so friendly and accommodating and I truly appreciated his care for my concerns. He is working hard to ensure that all of his employee extend the same care for customers. I would recommend taking your vehicle to the North Ave Grease Monkey for service. Original review: I typically have great service at this Grease Monkey but I was very disappointed with my most recent visit. When I got in my car, the passenger seat was reclined all the way back. Later that evening when I opened my glove box, it was jammed and wouldn’t close. There was a piece that was not properly attached (most likely when they were checking the filter) which caused it to jam. I was able to get it fixed but it doesn’t seem open like it used to.
