Be prepared for all the managers to take a two-week vacation — meaning you won’t get your estimate for at least three weeks because no one else in the shop can handle your claim 🙃. Also be prepared for them not to tell you any of this until you’ve already spent a week wondering why you haven’t heard from them 💅

Bad start to a great relationship. Working with the guys on a hit and run that made my life so stressed I was ready to give the truck back to the dealership. My brother recommended Ethan and his team and although the length of time I was out of my truck was unacceptable, and the communication was rough to get in the same page at first, Ethan was an absolute savior.
Understand what you are dealing with, body shops don't have full control over their time lines and they take the brunt of our frustration because they are the ones directly dealing with customers.
I was ready to rate 4 stars and then my truck got scratched up again. I went to see Ethan immediately and he not only educated me on how I can fix the paint transfer problem, he gave me a referral that would be less than my deductible if this ends up as another uninsured or hit and run situation so that I am not out my entire deductible because he knew me well enough to understand how much that hurt me in the previous situation.
That level of service and help only comes from people who care for their customers and their community.
To avoid any level of confusion or frustration, take the time to set and understand clear expectations.
