- ALAaron LiessJan 6, 20265.0Our experience at this Enterprise location was great, even when my wife and I found ourselves in a bad situation. Some time has passed so it's easier to tell about it. We enjoyed our trip to the area by train. The Chevy Sonic we rented for the week was perfect for our needs. The car allowed us to see Arches, Canyonlands, Glenwood Springs and the Grand Junction area. During our last evening there, a vehicle pulled out of a gas station right in front of us. This was on the main road close to our hotel. Our rental car and the other vehicle were both totaled. Law enforcement had the vehicles towed while an ambulance checked on us. Enterprise was awesome to work with. When we were able to call them later, they asked if we were okay and if we would like them to bring another vehicle. Since it was our last night we just decided to take the shuttle to the train station. Once the accident report cleared everything up, we received our deposit back. Five Stars.
