    This was my first time with brakes plus and Brian was my service advisor. They were quick to get my car in and helped me save money with fair prices. I have a busy schedule and would most definitely suggest anyone to go here especially if you need a quick and friendly place to go to!

    Was really impressed by their professionalism. Rayne (sp?) was extremely helpful in trying to eliminate dreaded squeal from new-ish car and instead of pushing for the sale of all-new pads AND rotors (costly endeavor), he suggested various inexpensive methods first. That's being a good businessman. One that you can trust and I'll be sure to use them in the future.

    Would give zero stars if i could. Had one of my brakes lock up so i brought it to brakes plus so that i could get it fixed. Told me that there was nothing wrong and they just needed cleaned. Charged 35 dollars for that. Left me stuck in a parking lot at 1 am in the winter with the exact same tire stuck again. Did not diagnose nor fix the issue and charged me for it.
