However, I encountered a minor issue with an out-of-stock item after purchase, requiring me to either get a refund or visit another location. While Cassy and Jasmine worked diligently to resolve it, another employee, Kidd, displayed a negative attitude with visible frustration, which felt unnecessary and detracted from the otherwise great service. As a prior military officer, I believe attitude shapes every interaction. We all face personal challenges, and I empathize with stressors that may affect professionalism. However, kindness and a positive demeanor are critical, especially when a customer is patiently waiting for a resolution. Despite this, the team’s overall effort made my experience worthwhile, and I’d return thanks to Cassy and Jasmine’s outstanding service.
