No one answers the phone at the store or at the national customer care number. This business’s replies to other people’s reviews with the store phone number are useless. Nobody threw the entire company answers any phone call. The store is not able to help with any membership issues when you go in person. Emails to contact forms, which is the only way you could possibly reach a real human at the entire company, go unanswered. Go literally anywhere else. This place will take your money and leave you out to dry.

I cancelled my membership in October and got confirmation of the cancellation, yet I was charged again in November. When you call, you only speak to an AI bot who tells you someone will contact you and no one ever does! With there being several car washes in this valley DO NOT USE THIS ONE! Over priced, doesn't clean your car, and terrible customer service!
