  Went in and got a brake inspection, turned out I needed all new brake pads and rotors which is never fun to hear. I also needed a brake fluid flush due to another location preforming a previous brake fluid flush incorrectly. They were able to complete a new brake fluid flush for free since I had just gone past the warranty mileage for that service. They were very quick to get all of the work done and are very up front about what issues they believe are urgent.

  I took my subaru in to have 2 wheel studs replaced. It was ready earlier than expected. They did a fantastic job, and the price was beyond my expectation.

  Needed a wheel stud replaced and they were able to get me in same day. They had great communication and friendly service. I would come back for any future vehicle needs.

  Brakes Plus was able to take a full look at my car and let me know that I have nothing to worry about. Though they didn't have to work on anything the workers there were kind and professional which made the experience all the better.

  I have always been—and will continue to be—a Brakes Plus customer. I’ve taken my older vehicle to other shops before, and nothing compares to the level of knowledge, honesty, and reliability I get here. On my most recent visit, I worked with Rayne, and he was genuinely outstanding. He was incredibly professional, patient, and took the time to answer every single one of my questions without ever making me feel rushed or brushed off. He went above and beyond to track down and order the right parts for my car, and even helped me find ways to save money, which I really appreciated. One thing I consistently love about this location is their communication. They always call before making any changes, clearly explaining what needs to be done right away, what can wait, and giving realistic timelines. I never feel pressured, and I’m never surprised by a charge. The work is always solid, and they’re impressively quick without sacrificing quality. Shops like this are hard to find, and people like Rayne are the reason I keep coming back. I recommend this place to anyone who will listen.
