I came in to return something and while I was still looking at things one of the employees asked me if i was ready and I said I was still looking. When I was done looking around I went up to the register and because I didn’t have the same card but I had the receipt, I almost couldn’t get a refund but the manager gave me cash. First, she told me the employee I spoke to wouldn’t help me anymore because of a reason i’m not aware of, then while I stayed calm she continued to be rude to me. I won’t be coming back to this place.
The staff were very friendly. They helped me check my error codes and quickly provided a solution.

Unfortunately, I had a pretty uncomfortable experience here on Monday. I was having issues with the hydraulic system in my Xterra and needed to replace my master cylinders. I had called earlier in the day to confirm the part that I needed was at this location and had a hold put on it. (The woman on the phone was lovely to me) I get off of work and drove from hotchkiss to grand junction for this part. As soon as I walked in, a man behind the counter treated me like I was dumb. I explained that I had called earlier and had a hold but hadn’t paid yet. He asked my name but didn’t look me up in the system, he just started rummaging around the paid for parts that were waiting to be picked up. He told me they didn’t have it. A man who I assume to be a manager notices the interaction and asks for my name again, within seconds he pulls up my account and tells the rude man to go back and get my part. The man continued to procrastinate, repeatedly saying “but what if it’s not there.” It was. He reluctantly went to the back to grab it for me. The man who I assume to be a manager told him to give me a courtesy discount for my patience, while he was busy ringing up another customer. The man I had been dealing with needed a code to give me the discount, he very rudely and impatiently said “hey buddy, hey guy, hey dude, I need your code” over and over until the manager was finished with his own customer and was able to come complete the transaction. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the manager tried to make the interaction better, but it was wildly uncomfortable for me. I will never choose to pick up a part in person, again. Ladies, order online or pay the extra few bucks for delivery.

Went in as our car would barely start and figured it was the battery. Needed to get in just after they opened so we could make it to work on time. Lucinda was very quick to help and test the battery to assure it went bad. She helped us purchase a new one and another associate, Kidd, did the battery change for us. Very friendly as well. Whole process was less than 15 mins and we were back on the road.
