- DSDON Sallee4 days ago5.0While checking my tire pressure, the valve stem basically disintegrated. So changed the tire with the spare. Drove it to the store on South Golden Road (Golden Colorado), and asked if they could fix it. Being a TPMS system (2008 Ram), i knew I couldn't. They said they'd would. After a short wait they pulled my vehicle into a bay. It wasn't long until. Not only did they replace the Valve stem? They remounted the road tire. . And! They put the spare tire back into the spare tire carrier. What an awesome deal! All under 100 bucks. Sure glad I bought tires here, 2 years ago. Thanks to the Golden Crew!

Starting from the call, I told him my budget and needs, he found the best deal for me. When my car was getting serviced, I was informed couple bolts were missing (something other repair tire shop didn't mentioned) and he himself went to get them. My car drives so smoothly now. I am highly satisfied!

Russel not only helped us find the best tires in our price range but took the time to go over each tire and why the ones we're buying are better than the others. It was clear he's done research on each tire and has knowledge of what he's doing. What was a little off putting was when were having a conversation about our tires, there was a man from a different tire shop in the lobby that kept trying to get Russel to quit his job and come work for them "for more money, and less hours" (sign me up). Russel very politely asked they respect his clients, as I was one of 4 in the lobby at the time, then politely asked them to leave and he would not discuss anything during business hours. To the Gill Points team, if this gentleman leaves this store. I will not return. This is the best manager you've had run this place in the last 30 years. The place looks great, I even saw him picking up trash in a bucket while I was here. Thank you Russel, and thank you for proving small shops with great service still exist. Rod and Scheri Schrefenger
