- SNsam neffDec 22, 20251.0Absolute garbage car wash, stay far away. The car wash malfunctioned leading the the car in front of mine getting stuck, and my car ran into it. They refused to pay for the damage or admit fault in any way even though it was clearly their fault. They stopped responding to any calls or emails and I ended up having to pay out of pocket. Garbage car wash, garbage people. Edit: if you need any further proof of how bad they are, the response below gave me a phone number for an automated line where it's impossible to talk to an actual human. They want me to fill out a form and they will "get back to me", which is what I dealt with for a full year as I tried to get them to pay for my repair. If for some reason Take 5 reads this edit and wants to ACTUALLY help me, feel free to give me the number of somebody that CAN ACTUALLY HELP ME.
- TCtake five carwashDec 12, 20255.0(update from take five carwash management). yes, we are closed today (Saturday 13th) we are doing upgrades to the tunnel control system in the back making the tunnel nonoperational at this time. we do apologize for the inconvenience. the take five membership is available at all other locations in Colorado. it is expected to be closed for a few days. please don't hesitate to ask our staff for more information. vacuums are free to use. we thank you for your patience.
