  The guys were super nice, quick service. However, it was over $73 for an oil change, which included a $27 off coupon. Way overpriced for this simple service.

  Today was my 4th time to this location in as many months (we drive a LOT). This team is not only consistent but legitimately fast and I sincerely appreciate that as time spent sitting hinders productivity. Today I asked for an oil change and when the tech came in to charge me he informed me that my truck was in great shape and did not need anything else at the time of service, which I was aware of but, I truly appreciate that there was no upsell attempt as we didn't need anything else. I also appreciate that they take a moment to walk the client through the under-hood checklist to confirm: Oil level and cleanliness, oil cap on/tight, radiator cap on/tight, washer fluid full with lid on/tight. Props to this team. One might even say they're like a "well oiled machine" BAH! I'm a Dad, what can I say. I will continue to be a patron here and encourage others to support this business as well. Thank you

  12.10_ The business responded to this review and told me to email them. I emailed on this 12.10. [To the email address they provided with a URL lacking info about who owns it. See pic] 12.23_ Two weeks later the business still hasn't responded to my email. They're just pretending to care and seem to have no intention of doing anything about the fact that they cost me over $700 to repair damage they created. The initial review they responded to: I took my car here for a simple oil change and these people stripped the head the oil filter attaches to on my car. This made it impossible to replace the filter without replacing the entire oil pan. I paid about $700 [parts + 3.5hrs labor] to get this done because these people were negligent and caused damage to my car. To explain more, the next oil change after the one done by this JL, was done by my years long trusted mechanic. I asked them to change the oil when I took it in for another repair. My mechanic was unable to change the oil because they could not put a new oil filter on my car because the attachment head was stripped. The mechanic showed me after they took off the oil filter [put on by this JL] and before they attempted to change the oil. The only possible way the damage occurred: this Jiffy Lube stripped the head by forcing the oil filter onto the head. I had no option other than to have the oil pan replaced, so I did. I was too mad to contact this JL about it, and also assumed they would [and still will] deny they are responsible. I assume that JL is a franchised business, but they are backed by the giant company. This is what deterred me from suing them in small claims court. I am now reconsidering taking them to small claims court. I have the proper documentation and am asking the mechanic to vouch for the damage created by this Jiffy Lube. Small claims is a lot of effort for $700, but I am not wealthy and a business who hides the fact they damaged anyone's property, should be held accountable. I was prompted to start thinking about this again because I have received yet another wasteful plastic mailer from them. Aside from costing me $700, stop sending out garbage to people that is impossible to recycle. At the very least, switch to paper. None of the above is ok.
