Usually I have had great service, but after the issue and interaction I had today, I will no longer be renting from this location. I called twice this week to confirm a pickup in the morning, and after 45 minutes of no one showing up, I called the store and spoke to the store manager (Louis).There was no apology for being late, no accountability, and I was actually blamed for the late pickup this morning because of a previous error this location made. I inquired about the two confirmation calls I had made for the pick up, and was told that by Louis that he “didn’t know anything about that.” I understand that sometimes people run behind, but not apologizing and taking accountability for the mistake is unprofessional and poor customer service. Just be warned, if they mess up and treat a customer who frequently rents from them this way, how do you think they’ll treat you?
