    I just came here for the first time and had a really great experience. The store manager, Timmy, went way out of his way to help me install a new battery cable connector after he helped me find the right part. Great customer service!

    One guy inside running around helping people on the phone helping a customer in front of him. Some lady who works there just standing around out front not wanting to come in and help pretty much resisting to come in and help I had to ask her twice to come in and help me cash out

    Horrible customer service. Said they wouldn't install the battery that I paid for because they were the only person there. It is a Sunday afternoon, how is there only one person staffed? Also, there was only one other customer in the entire store-he just didn't feel like doing a battery change. That's literally why people buy batteries from them and after reading other reviews it seems that this is a trend with this store. Do the job that you say you're going to do, I'll go to oreillys across the street next time

    Whomever was working tonight should be fired. I eventually walked out when the employee refused to acknowledge there was even a customer in the store.
