It is a Sunday afternoon, how is there only one person staffed? Also, there was only one other customer in the entire store-he just didn't feel like doing a battery change. That's literally why people buy batteries from them and after reading other reviews it seems that this is a trend with this store. Do the job that you say you're going to do, I'll go to oreillys across the street next time

Sent me to the green mountain location but I couldn’t make it out that far. Now my warranty is expired and I have to buy a whole new battery. And guess what? The battery is bad!

Lupe welcomed me immediately and helped me procure what I needed and put the new wipers on and even went to the trouble of pouring the oil in as well, 10/10 recommend. It was a 10 star experience.
