  I love this place always such a good clean wash 🧼 I will recommend everyone to get a membership

  There is almost always one of the two automatic washes out of order. More than half of the time I go there I have to turn around because the line is too long. I expect they may not be too motivated to fix the wash that’s out of order if most of their revenue comes from memberships, but I’m very close to canceling mine

  A solid middle of the road car wash. Of all the AutoWash locations, it’s one of the better maintained — but sadly you’ll still expect only one automatic wash open at a time, sometimes a feature or two of the wash will be out, and you will have to wait in line. All of that said, they wash my car well enough. (Machine wash)

  Most of the time only 1 of the two automatic bays is working. It is so frustrating to take the time to drive over there only to find out there 5-6 cars waiting in a single line because the other bay is down for service. That could be 40 minute wait! This location at Golden Ridge is the only location that is convenient for those of us living in the Golden/Green Mountain area.

  Be aware it is not safe and the company will not respond in an emergency. Then try to gaslight you and stonewall. And say there is nothing unsafe About being stuck inside a machine run car wash. And people are safe to walk out in a machine run car wash. Feb 7 sat sunny day lots of cars lined up. I was stuck in the drive through car wash. The bar stopped in front of my car so I couldn't go forward to exit. Cars lined up behind me at least 8 deep and wrapped around so I could not back up. I called autowash. 4 times. They hung up on me as I tried to patch in 911. Autowash was reading from a script. Told me to wait 40 minutes for someone to show up. How they strive for customer service. No person on sight. Or kept repeating I should back up after I said it was not possible. I said my kid is asking me if he is going to die. We have been stuck for a long while. And it is not safe for a child to exit car into an active car wash. I was having a panic attack after being stuck for 30 minutes. I asked for the emergency switch to release so I could exit or an alarm or a way for them to back up the line so I could exit. I had attempted to reverse car and honk horn but did not get cars to back up. Crickets they don't even have an alarm. I asked if 911 should be called they didn't respond. Autowash kept repeating back up or wait at least 40 min for someone to be in the area. I asked for a manager supervisor multiple times. I was told they are not available and one will call me back Monday. On Tuesday 4 days later I got a text saying autowash is reviewing audio calls and videos they would get Back to me. The entire day and 3 days after Autowash never called me back to ask if I got out. A kind stranger entered the bay multiple times checked to make sure no machine was attached to my wheels or parts of my car and I asked for his help to get all the cars to back up so I could exit. I had 911 on the call to ask for help to get out since my kid was asking me if he was going to die and 911 took it seriously a child stuck inside a working car wash. Unlike autowash 911 did not tell me to wait 40 minutes and stayed on until they thought I was as safe and able to escape. I called autowash after I got out and asked to speak to a supervisor. Was told not possible they did everything right. I was not stuck it was not dangerous. Autowash claims they did ask if I was ok (but they didn't call me back) and I just don't remember. Gaslighting. So I asked for the auditor and video data and the refused to provide it. I asked to stop my membership and was told to wait a month for the billing cycle assume so they could get an extra month payment since we are charged in advance. I said no I need to stop getting charged now. After texting multiple times a request for the audio and video supervisor or owner I was told to contact another generic email. And they don't provide contact information for supervisors or owners. But good news h they were able to cancel my membership. And how they did nothing wrong. Avoid at all cost. Dangerous. Gaslighting sandbagging. They certainly will not be helpful in an emergency. They will literally act like it was safe and there is nothing dangerously about not having an emergency release switch. And having non employees inside an active car wash bay. And how nobody died or was injured so why am I complaining since nothing happened. Avoid. Do not exit into active car wash machinery even if autowash says it is safe. If you get stuck in a car wash avoid the hassle and Call 911 to get out. Then call the Colorado attorney general so they can keep track of the incidents since autowash claims there have been none. The response was 2 hours when posted on google. Yet 4 days to bother to text me.And the only thing you dispute as false is you offered to cancel as requested. If you want to send me the video and audio as I have requested feel free to. And when you review the audio you will notice no person instructed me of an emergency switch after I requested one . The video shows the garage door was not down as you claim.
