  Every employee I came in contact with was not happy. They were busy parking lot was it's typical mess of cars and trailers. Just not a facility that's pleasant to go to

  Worst experience ever, brand new RV not ready to this day almost three months later waiting for parts to arrive.. from sales manager to sales person to finance they drop the ball on this unit as they did on the previous unit they sold us that we had to trade back in… ordered parts and still didn’t get fixed even after we paid 5 payments… buyer beware. This unit still not fixed, they work the deal with the wrong tax program and then you owe a drastic amount to get tags…

  Jacob the sales person was good overall, but overall experience was poor. So apparently Camper World has a policy that they don’t clean or prepare used campers in any way, nor do they ensure they even have batteries to power them. Instead, they try to up charge you $2500 to clean, prepare and provide 2 batteries. Can you imagine going to a used car lot and they didn’t detail the car and took the battery out to make you buy a battery so you could start it? So when I arrive to pick up my camper nobody is there to greet me and help me locate or walk through the camper I bought (poor post-sale service) - I get sent to the service dept, and a nice lady takes me out to the camper - no battery, which I had requested the day before with the finance guy. My camper trailer has a powered jack, so I can’t even hook up to take my camper home. They tell me I can buy one from them so I can pick up my camper - it was $400 with $100 charge for install. Needless to say I went and got my own RV battery for less than $200 and took my camper home. Won’t be going back to this camper world.

  Called and was working on a deal on a Mh. Salesman ghosted me while making a deal and sold from under me. That deal fell through with the other party. After notification the other deal fell through the salesman was very unresponsive. Made the comment that customers in the store have priority per his manager. Manager was rushed but provided most of the information salesman hadn't. We came to a deal and was scheduled to pick up on Friday. Finance never looked over our credit and forwarded to several of most ridiculous banks getting us approved for a 10% loan with rock solid credit. Several credit pulls. The dream team was unable to get everything together to be able to pick up Friday. Called me Saturday at 11 with close to terms. No time to drive the 6 hours to pick up. Ended up spending the kids spring break waiting on them for a home run deal for them. Backed out of the deal. No apologies just oh well. Have 0 interest in ever driving to golden for a rv from this dealership. If I could give no stars I would. We have purchased 3 rvs from camping world stores in the past 25 years. With this experience likely will not consider them again. No contact from sales manager or anyone else from the dealer after this.

  Joe Schulz all I gotta say this guys was super amazing with us very poilet guy an very helpful I will definitely recommend him to anyone. Me and my husband were looking for a good family trailer an he gave us some really good recommendations very flexible to work with made us feel very comfortable patient and really respectful towards me an the family felt very welcome their not just him but everyone their were extremely sweet and nice people.
