  Bought a 3-pack Superior Wash package. Just completed my 2nd wash of the pack. Neither time dried my car. The machine went over my car twice as if it was supposed to blow air, but nothing happened. I let the 1st one go when I washed in February because I thought it was a fluke. After the 2nd time, I feel like I got ripped off for buying the package that includes drying when the system is broken. I would not have paid that much for a missing service.

  Avoid this car wash. The control system for the car wash doesn’t work when it gets wet which tends to happen in a car wash. So you’ll find yourself in a situation where you’re frantically pushing stop or trying to get it to progress to the next stage of the car wash to no avail.

  Best car was if you have stuff on your vehicle! I have two vehicles that both look flawless afterwards. One is a Tacoma with a slide in pop up camper and bike rack the other is a CRV with a bike rack. The aftermarket accessories safe wash is a game changer! Worth every penny.

  The bays at the Golden location are never functioning correctly, and we pay a lot of money for a monthly membership for them to not be either closed or malfunctioning all of the time. Literally all of the time. 1 time in 100, both bays are open, and even rarer that one gets the full wash that they paid for- the undercarriage wash isn't functioning, soap isn't applying, rinse is partial power, etc- and the facility is always trashed with overflowing garbages and litter strewn about. There is ALWAYS something wrong with this facility. This location isn't in the ghetto- it's on Golden Ridge, and there is no membership discount for having subpar maintenance and cleanliness. The only perk is that it's close to home, but even that is barely enough to justify the other compromises on service. The wait time is almost always 25-45 minutes, as there is usually only one bay even open- so... pick your time wisely, and take a gamble on whether that one bay will give you what you paid for. On the only plus side, the manual washes are usually minimally functioning, so if you want to use your membership for that, go on ahead, but you're going to have to purchase extra minutes if you want it to actually be worthwhile.

  I really wanted to like Autowash, but unfortunately the Golden Ridge location has been far too unreliable to justify the high monthly subscription cost. This location seems to always be experiencing some technical problem, whether it be a closed down bay, non-operational vacuums, etc. While I understand occasional malfunctions of the equipment that would require repair, these issues occur at over 90% of my visits to this Autowash—one automatic wash bay is almost always closed, leading to long queues in the open bay that are often so long that it would take over 30 minutes to get a car wash. At best, the wait is exceedingly long, and at worst the wash quality is poor and the other facilities, like vacuums and self service wash, are not working properly either. While I appreciate Autowash’s exceptional customer service (offered loyalty points when I emailed them about this issue), the issues at Golden Ridge have been going on for far too long and don’t seem to be improving. I would love to see some improvement at this location, as the automatic wash and the other amenities provided are excellent when working properly and Autowash is one of the most accessible touchless washes in the Denver metro.
