It's easy to not do it the right way, then you have to go through an annoying reset process that makes you look at the device while driving. This almost cost me a major front end collision with a semi truck. Now, I am trying to get this device removed to go to another company and it's next to impossible to do. I started 2 hours ago and still have not talked to a person. DO NOT put yourself through the Hell I have gone through with this company and choose another company. There are lots out there.

For example, I have two interlocks through them in two separate vehicles and I haven’t been able to view both my accounts on their user platform. I’ve tried the “add account” tab on my account. Doesn’t work. They also can’t seem to help me get both devices on the same calibration cycle even though I offered to pay extra to have one calibrated early. Edit: A representative said he would call me back and fox the issue. It never got fixed so I had to create a separate account. Also, on my new account I was quoted $47 biweekly and I am now being charged $58. I would not recommend Intoxalock.
