  We rented a luxury car, and right when we turned on the vehicle the rental said "inspection is due". Went back in and informed the agent and said it's just needed an oil change. When we took it on the high way the vehicle started shaking Violently. We couldn't even bring the vehicle to go over the speed of 55 without feeling like the car was going to break. This was a total inconvenience and we lost half of our trip was ruined.

  I rented car and the tank was only 3/4 full.I told this to the nice lady Skylar in the office and she said that she noted this.When I returned car I fill up the tank full.I gave car with more gas I took and they still charged me me over $20 and NOBODY refunded my credit card even I called twice. I will never use this company again.

  Impossible to reach the location by phone while the branch is open just 3 hours on a Saturday? This is just horrendous and unacceptable customer service. I called them 3 times and wasn’t able to reach them, while waiting on hold for 10-30 minutes each time. “Promise to put you first?” “Extra mile for you?” What a joke.

  Skyler at the Enterprise desk was outstanding! I showed up just 5 minutes before closing on Saturday and she still took care of everything with incredible speed, warmth, and professionalism. She was super friendly, patient, and made the whole rental process feel effortless. Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had at any rental company — Skyler went above and beyond. If you rent from this location, ask for her! Thank you, Skyler!
