- CCChris2 days ago1.0Horrible alignment and service. They recommended an alignment to me even though my steering wheel was straight, then gave me back a steering wheel that was waaay off center. They refused to re rack it the following week and try again unless I paid another $225 upfront. Took it to another shop and every wheel was out of spec after only driving 10 miles across town straight to the other shop. They also bent my battery j hooks installing a new battery. I get that mistakes happen but they even failed to make it right after giving them a chance. Will never take my car back there.

We pulled into the Honda Dealership service department and Sergio quickly checked our tires and recalibrated the tire system. He was very courteous and helpful. We were back in the road in 10 minutes quite relieved and happy. Sergio was awesome what great customer service!

- PPPrimoJan 3, 20265.0Traveling to Utah, I had some trouble with my Pilot and had to stop in Glenwood Springs. I was able to call the service center first thing in the morning and bring it in. Sergio Cardenas and crew were able to quickly diagnose the problem and immediately start working to fix it. Constant communication and video updates of the issue were extremely helpful in staying informed on the progress. John was able to shuttle me to and from our hotel and he couldn’t have been nicer! After feeling like I was going to be stranded, Phil Long Honda came to the rescue! I couldn’t have been more pleased with the customer service, the work, and the attention to detail that this dealership provided. Thank you!
