For example, I have two interlocks through them in two separate vehicles and I haven’t been able to view both my accounts on their user platform. I’ve tried the “add account” tab on my account. Doesn’t work. They also can’t seem to help me get both devices on the same calibration cycle even though I offered to pay extra to have one calibrated early. Edit: A representative said he would call me back and fox the issue. It never got fixed so I had to create a separate account. Also, on my new account I was quoted $47 biweekly and I am now being charged $58. I would not recommend Intoxalock.
