There was such a lack of communication about what the actual refinishing phase consists of, leaving me with no vehicle to move into a new apartment. Absolutely disgusted with the promises made but not fulfilled. I will not be taking my vehicle back to Gerber. UPDATE: I am on WEEK 12 without my vehicle and still waiting for a mirror cap when the mirror was clearly broken in July when I took it in. I am truly blown away at the lack of quality in their service. If you want to be without your car for months on end, Gerber is the place for you!
