Jeff was the best car salesman we have ever bought from, he did not feel like a car salesman at all! The process was simple and quick and not frustrating and we love our new Tacoma. Can’t recommend highly enough! Also we were willing to travel to get a deal but we looked and Bighorn had the best pricing and incentives!

I am writing a second review after discovering upon returning home just how dangerously low my tire pressures actually were. During my recent service appointment, I was assured my tires had been checked and set to 36 PSI before my 2-hour mountain drive back to Steamboat Springs. However, my low pressure light remained on the entire trip. When I had my tires inspected at a local dealership in Steamboat, none were at the pressure I was told—my rear tires measured a dangerous 14 PSI and 18 PSI, less than half the recommended 32 PSI for my RAV4. Additionally, even though the paperwork stated 36 PSI, my vehicle's recommended pressure is 32 PSI, so even if the tires had been checked, they would have been set incorrectly. The fact that my tires weren't actually checked makes me question what other services were or weren't performed during my visit. I'm also disappointed that no one from the service department has followed up after my initial review.
This follows a pattern of concerning experiences at Big Horn Toyota. On my previous visit, I arrived after hours to pick up my car only to find the battery completely dead, requiring someone to drive from Steamboat to retrieve me so I could get to work. When I was finally able to return to the vehicle, warning lights appeared and it turned out my camshaft needed replacement. Additionally, when attempting to schedule an appointment using a prepaid oil change package, staff couldn't locate it in the system and I experienced unprofessional communication including being hung up on and unreturned calls. If I had known my oil change package was valid at any Toyota dealership and not exclusively at Big Horn, I would not have returned. After nearly 10 years of Toyota ownership and having planned to purchase a 2026 RAV4 Woodland this year, I hope management will reach out to address these serious safety and service concerns.

Bighorn Toyota was awesome on every step of our new car purchase. From the first phone call through the final sit down with finance, they were fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable. We never felt pressured at any stage.
Our salesperson Hilary was so special- we felt an instant connection and consider ourselves fortunate to have been paired with her.
Of course we Love our 2025 RAV4 and take comfort knowing the good people at Bighorn will happily provide support during the tech learning journey ahead.
Thank you!🙏

A Disappointing Two-Year Experience That's Changed My Mind About Toyota
After nearly 10 years as a loyal Toyota customer, I never thought I'd be writing this review. My ongoing experience with Big Horn Toyota over the past two years has been exhausting, frustrating, and ultimately has me questioning whether I'll purchase another Toyota.
Service Department Issues:
The service department consistently made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. What should have been routine visits turned into drawn-out ordeals with little communication and even less urgency to resolve my concerns.
Sales Team Letdown:
This was my second time going through the car-buying process with this dealership, and the difference in treatment was stark. During my recent visit to inquire about the 2026 RAV4, I was provided with incorrect information about the vehicle. When you're making a significant investment, accurate details matter. The sales team seemed more interested in moving me along than actually helping me find the right vehicle.
The Bottom Line:
I came in as an enthusiastic Toyota fan ready to continue my loyalty to the brand. I'm leaving disappointed and seriously reconsidering my next purchase. A dealership can make or break the ownership experience, and unfortunately, Big Horn Toyota has done the latter.
To fellow car shoppers: I'd recommend exploring other Toyota dealerships in the area or considering other brands entirely. Your time and money deserve better treatment than what I received here.

Adam at Bighorn Toyota was fantastic to work with. He was helpful, professional, and genuinely knowledgeable without ever being pushy or trying to “sell” me on something I didn’t want. He listened, answered every question, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. That kind of honesty and great service is rare these days, and I truly appreciated it. I’ll definitely be recommending Adam to friends and family looking for a vehicle.
