I recently got an oil change at this location. First oil change after purchasing my vehicle late last year. I did end up having a slight problem after it was picked up, an oil leak. The oil pan bolt was not fully tightened, which happens, not a big issue once we knew what was going on. The service team quickly sent out technicians within a couple hours of my call. They picked up my car, tightened the bolt, topped off my oil, washed my car, and brought it home. I am very happy with how the Bighorn handled this situation. Mistakes happen, but it is truly about how things are handled that determines the outcome. This outcome was very positive! I will be going back. If you are considering bringing your Toyota here I would recommend it based on the customer service experience! Thank you Bighorn service team!

This used to be a great dealership, I've bought several trucks here but recently the service department has gone down the drain. My old service manager Liz used to take amazing care of me, communicate well, and get all my stuff done in a timely manner, unfortunately they let her go awhile back. The last 2 times I've been in for regular service its been like getting teeth pulled. Most recently I took my 2024 Tacoma in for 60k service to get the oil changed, differentials done, and transmission fluid changed. My appointment was at 9am, at 1pm Tony called me to say they recommended i add an alignment, i agreed, at 5pm with no further communication and several unanswered calls I went to the dealership to inquire, Leah told me it was done but that they couldn't do the alignment because i didn't buy new tires (what?) so where's it been for the last 4 hours? I wait another 15 minutes, ask where my truck is, Leah tells me they're doing paperwork on it (I can see it in the shop, the tech is screwing with the headlights for some reason) I wait another 15 minutes, Leah brings my paperwork, I pay, ask for an explanation on the delay, she says its Tony's fault, berates me for dropping my vehicle off early and then ignores me for awhile, at nearly 6pm, when i ask where my truck is AGAIN an hour after she told me it was done, she tells me they're test driving it, I can wait outside if I'm so concerned, berates me for not waiting patiently like another customer, and brings that customer into my issue, then complains about how she has to work late and wants to go home too but if it makes me feel better i can continue to complain, when the tech finally brings the keys, she throws them in my direction without a word and i leave to write this review. Leah you are unprofessional, childish, and you lie to customers to save face rather than own up to your mistakes and take the responsibility required of an adult to fix your mess ups, If you worked in my shop and i caught you acting like that with customers you'd be finding a new job. As far as the rest of the shop, they obviously didn't start the job at 9, they probably hadn't even started yet (save for the inspection) when tony called at 1. Upon looking at the paperwork AFTER the fact, they also did a reprogram of the infotainment for a recall without telling me, I'm sure that added time to the job as well. I work in the automotive industry I know how this stuff goes, the service department here is rude and either lazy, incompetent or both and i will no longer be bringing my vehicle here for service, nor will i be purchasing a vehicle here again, they've just kind of soured me to the whole operation
