  I will start by saying that Alana is 5 stars. Everyone else here needs help. Im fairly confident that there isn’s one certified mechanic in this place. My car went into the garage completely drivable, just needed a simple stud repair, and my car came out of their garage completely destroyed. I was assured by their staff a number of times that they found the problem by running their diagnostics, but that was a bunch of BS and they didn’t know i was ready to call them out on their BS. Terribly untrustworthy. They kept replacing things and ripping my car apart time after time until they decided they needed totally replace a large portion of the vehicle. Let’s be clear, my car was completely fine when i brought it in. They weren’t even going to tell me that they needed to keep my car overnight. I had to call numerous times to get anything out of anyone. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. This place is complete garbage! After three days and tons of hours wasted with this place, they forgot to attach my undercarriage properly so half of it is hanging off. Complete nightmare. If you decide to utilize this place for anything but maybe an oil change… good luck to ya.

  I'm only giving this BrakesPlus location a one star review because they're overall friendly. I had visited this location 5 times in the past 5 months because of non-stop brake squeaking. My last visit, on 4/9/26, they put on Honda parts. Unless there's more squeaking, they finally fixed the problem that should have been fixed the first visit. On 4/9/26, I get in my car to drive away after the brake repair and the car won't start. The guy at the front desk (don't know his name) comes out with a jump pack. He informs me that my battery is corroded and I need a new one when he opened my hood. No sympathy, no battery test to verify its a bad battery, just tells me I need a new battery and good luck. I took my car to autozone. 5 battery tests and they were all good. So the guy lied straight to my face, which I don't appreciate. Why would the car not start after the repair? Did a tech mess with my battery without my permission? That's very unprofessional and sketchy. If my car started fine driving it into the shop for the repair and leaving the shop after the repair why would the car not start as I drive away if the battery is good? I need answers. I don't trust this shop and I'll never come back again!

  I visited this location only to request a quote for a water pump replacement and did not authorize any repairs. After leaving, I checked my vehicle and noticed that several parts were left without screws. I am attaching photos as evidence of the condition in which my vehicle was returned. This is concerning, as it may affect the safety and proper operation of the vehicle. I believe a car should be returned in the same condition in which it was received. I am requesting that you review this situation and take responsibility by properly securing all components at no additional cost. Thank you.

  I have used BrakesPlus for a bit of time. What prompted me to write review is my most recent visit I encountered exceptional customer service. I didnt believe that BrakesPlus service could get any better - at this location it did. Alex facilitated my appointment. Luke the actual technician not only completed my service undertime - when I called later regarding suggested future repairs, he immediately sent me the estimate via email AND called me to make sure I received the email and if I had any additional questions. This is true customer service. I highly recommend the Glendale location.

  Since this location does not seem to be able to follow through on things maybe this will get their attention. A few months back they did my brakes a forgot to put the bolts back in on the caliper on one of my front brakes. One of the tires actually seized up while driving. I had to have it towed back. The fixed it and even gave me a bit of a discount. Disappointing but fair enough. Two weeks ago I went back for an oil change which included a tire rotation. A couple days after I happed to notice my lug lock was not put back in my car so I called, and they could not find it. The manager was going to contact the dealership to order a new set and would replace them. After a week of not hearing back I called and was told by the person she would have to check with her manager and would call me back. Yep no call back. I like Brakes Plus, but at this point I don’t like this location and have no faith in them working on my car. Had they follow up with an update or call back I would not be posting this. Maybe think twice before going to this location
