  If you’re a woman, do not go here. I was helping a family member by taking their vehicle for an oil change and the young men tried their hardest to push hundreds of dollars of work on me and treated me like an idiot. Extremely disrespectful to assume a woman is clueless about vehicles and to attempt to take advantage. I will absolutely stick with at home oil changes.

  I got an oil change here and thankfully I noticed the oil leaking before my engine failed. My car takes 5.9 quarts and it needed 5 to fill it back up. After spending $60 on oil, I went back to figure out what the problem was and they had put the wrong size oil filter in!! My car was just dumping oil- such a mess! They even tried to blame it on my transmission as a cover. I asked to get a refund, at least to cover the expense of the replacement oil I had to buy and they said they couldn’t because the manager wasn’t in, but I should call back. I have called back three times about the issue and it still has yet to be addressed. Very disappointing and I will be warning others to avoid going here.

  This was the best experience I’ve had at this valvoline location. Turns out the oil I thought had been going into my car was wrong, the previous employees were putting a different oil in my car than I thought. Benson was an actual gem of a human and took the time to answer my questions about that and explain why I needed what I needed. They did it in a way that understandable to my knowledge level and was very kind and supportive. Ayla went above and beyond in their service, giving specific recommendations and ensuring I understood why it was important for me to get certain things looked at. It sounds like there was a massive leadership change at this location recently, and compared to last visits, that change has been very successful in customer service AND employee happiness. This is a team that seems to enjoy working together and are very good at it. Evan was timely on the bottom side, and Phoenix even gave me a wave on my way out. Thanks guys for making a dreaded errand much more enjoyable 🥰

  The team was fast, courteous and professional. The store manager greeted me personally and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Avery good experience overall.

  The “team “ @ Fort Collins Alejandro. Ricky and Ayla were professional knowledgeable friendly 👍 I used Valvoline in KC before moving I definitely recommend and will stay with you!!!
