  Stopped in to get gas on Saturday morning 12/17. Pump stopped at .65 ask attendant if pump is working. Not sure. Somebody said they're running slow. She didn't care and was total unpleasant. Tried another pump someone else was at and medium grade still not working. Went to Timberline Sinclair and no problems getting medium grade. Called her to let her know there is problem with their pump for medium grade and her response was terrible. No customer service or people skill for that matter.

  BEWARE BEWARE DONNOT SHOP HERE If I could leave zero stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE BEWARE. There was a disgruntled employee. I was looking at options for snacks, and the employee said to me in his words “Any day now” And I said what do you mean He said “well I just mopped the floors and I’m trying to eat my dinner can you have some respect” I responded with I’m a customer buying merchandise, it is your responsibility to mop the floors and work the register. I asked him for his name, and he said no. So I took a picture of him because it is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE to treat anyone like this. An awful human being to say stuff like this you have no idea what someone could be going through and he must be miserable to treat people the way he does. Sad little life. The time is 8:50pm 12/5/25. Night shift employee bald with glasses, older man 60-70’s

  Stopped through there today on my way home that's a 2 hour drive. Stopped to get gas, a drink and use the bathroom. There was a guy at the register just in his little world and a lady who just came back in from outside. Well after getting and coming back in to get my change I decided to use the bathroom. Well the door was locked, the lady said it was closed for cleaning!!! Ok so who's cleaning it if both are just behind the counter? Mind you when I had walked in two guys had just used it prior to me. But the door wasn't locked for them not to use it. Clearly unprofessional on both ends of employees the guy who was in his own world on his phone and the lady who was either talking on the phone, talking to the guy and he just wasn't listening to her, or she was talking to herself. Really didn't understand the situation at this gas station between these two employees. 12/4/25
