Second when someone says they deal with a suggested service item there self and just want a oil change that is not cue to try and upsell 10 additional items when the customer repeatedly stated only an oil change.

He sat and had a conversation with me and was extremely personable, you could tell the guy has a lot of experience. Mia the SCM was the one that checked me out. She was very thorough and knowledgeable, and in my experience is ALWAYS a joy to interact with. Im not kidding when I say I absolutely love that woman. This location is a 10/10 and I CANNOT stress enough how refreshing it is to have such a friendly, efficient, and affordable car maintenance facility here in the valley. I dont know what Mia and her team are doing, but damn they do it right. I recommend this place to everyone.
