- DWDA WilsonNov 26, 20253.0Hello. I went to Valvoline service center in Frisco Colorado to receive an oil change. This was a multiple trip/time venue. I did receive the oil change. When I was questioned by the CSR before service as to any other concerns that I may have for the visit. I responded about checking air filter and low tire pressure on all 4 tires based on my computer display within the console. Well I did have the air filter examined and when it was time to turn the vehicle on to check for oil leaks I looked at the console again for tire pressure and it was the same. LOW. Speaking with the CSR asking for confirmation of a fill on tires he responded "yes we filled to a 35psi pressure". I did not see either the CSR or TOPSIDE bend over for tire check at any of the 4 locations on the vehicle. Always saw them in front of the vehicle during oil change. SO as I was driving for 35-40 miles. The pressure never elevated on my console sensor as the CSR stated. Still LOW even now. Also, as I do like the service for the for potential convenience at Valvoline Service Centers. I do feel like service fell short to my vehicle and could risk a safety hazard if all the maintenance checks on the given receipt our not performed correctly. Thank You for your care in this matter.
