A couple of employees heard our conversation and the young lady apologized and said that this is not the first time he has been like this to customers.

I greeted the cashier, but he didn't return my greeting and had a sour expression on his face. The cashier charged me twice for one item, and I asked for a refund. When he gave me my change, he threw the money at me. I'm being specific about the time because the service was terrible. If your employees don't like their jobs, hire people who are actually interested in working and being polite to the customers who come to the establishment they represent.
