  Worst experience ever. It’s a scam DO NOT go here. Got membership went to cancel before the due date was told that it was too late and I was going to automatically be charged again. No one mentioned this when I bought the membership. We I spoke to the lady behind the counter she was extremely rude and didn’t want to help me out. Never coming back. Corporate needs to handle this place

  Got membership cause what’s another 30$ after getting the 50$ whole clean (inside&out) for wife on Valentines Day. Didn’t know that it auto renewed monthly at 80$ but thankfully called to see if membership canceled on the 14th and was advised about auto-renew. When came in to get final wash I canceled the membership and was advised that since I was day before I might be stuck for another month = I got upset with manager who was the one that advised might be stuck for another month and miraculously it canceled. It was BS trying to slam me for another month. So membership buyer beware

  Hannah the manager at this place was so rude. If you can’t provide a good leader service then maybe you shouldn’t be the manager

  Made my car dirtier, just horrible wash for $28. No vaccums, dry towels are wet lol

  Only been 2-3 times, each time a less personable experience, prices increased and more up charges. Biggest complaint, woman I believed to be the person overseeing the work outside. Poor customer service telling me there are directions as you exit the wash telling you what lane to enter for interior clean and wipe down, "the next time!" I felt from her that I had created a bigger than necessary inconvenience requiring them to move my car. I offered to move it, and she said by way of apology, "you aren't the first". That tells me this is not clear for customers who are not familiar with their process. I purposely sat there as I didn't know which lane, inching forward, no one directing me or stopping me although a young man was watching. Where was this woman to show me the correct lane? Paying customers should receive more courtsey. Please address your customer service skills, late afternoon visit 2-6-26. I do not plan to return.
