  Only been 2-3 times, each time a less personable experience, prices increased and more up charges. Biggest complaint, woman I believed to be the person overseeing the work outside. Poor customer service telling me there are directions as you exit the wash telling you what lane to enter for interior clean and wipe down, "the next time!" I felt from her that I had created a bigger than necessary inconvenience requiring them to move my car. I offered to move it, and she said by way of apology, "you aren't the first". That tells me this is not clear for customers who are not familiar with their process. I purposely sat there as I didn't know which lane, inching forward, no one directing me or stopping me although a young man was watching. Where was this woman to show me the correct lane? Paying customers should receive more courtsey. Please address your customer service skills, late afternoon visit 2-6-26. I do not plan to return.

  If I could give zero stars I would. Hanan, your manager is horrible! It started when I came out of the spray, she very rudely pointed to go in the far left lane of which nobody was directing this. Then, unless you pay 50.00 dollars you do not get the inside cleaned even though they say for 32.00 you do get the inside. The outside was not wiped but if you let the car sit long enough in the sun it will dry. The windshield was not cleaned and she stayed, I’m not seeing it. Open your eyes!

  I got the interior wash. They did not do a very good job on cleaning the inside of my car. They missed the whole driver's side of the dash the windows were still dirty. There was even bits of paper on the floor.

  Was told all restrooms were out of order. They do this so they dont have to clean them. How do the staff work all day without one? Staff was rude. Won't be back.

  Overpriced and extremely disappointing. Cheap labor does not mean quality — yet you charge prices as if you actually provide it. The only thing this place seems good at is hiring teenagers who clearly don’t care and just want to finish as fast as possible. Even when you tip, nothing changes — they still don’t do the job and don’t want to do it. If you don’t tip, expect the absolute bare minimum. My floor mats were still dirty when they were done, and no one even bothered to suggest a service or solution to fix it. Hire people who actually take responsibility for the work they do. Every year this place gets worse and worse. Absolutely not worth the money anymore.
