  Olivia was an amazing help today she let me know about a discount today and was amazingly nice. I also want to give thanks to the bug spray person I didn’t catch her name tag but she was very nice too.

  I used the car wash and this is what happened to my vehicle. The manager said they would contact me, but it has already been three days since the incident and I still haven’t received any response from the manager or the company, even after filing an incident report. This is unacceptable. I also sent a text message to the manager since they never answered the phone, and I followed up by email as well. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable.

  If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would!!! So there I am… feeling all cool in my new Tesla, pulling confidently into the car wash line like I’ve got my life together. I hit “car wash mode”… …and my car just STOPS. Won’t move. Won’t budge. Nothing. Meanwhile, a line of cars is stacking up behind me and I’m spiraling thinking, “This is how I go out. This is it.” Out of nowhere, two guys and a girl come RUNNING out like the Avengers of Quick Quack. Calm, unbothered, zero judgment. They reassured me, talked me through everything step by step, and got me moving again like absolute pros. Not a single ounce of attitude. Just kind, patient, and honestly impressive under pressure. Whoever trained this team—give them a raise immediately!! Quick Quack, you didn’t just wash my car… you saved my dignity. You’ve got a customer for life. And to the three of you who helped me—I’m so sorry I didn’t get your names. I was too busy internally panicking and questioning all my life choices. But seriously, THANK YOU. You were amazing.
