    We had a scheduled appointment just to show up and be told there is no tech available. We showed up to the next scheduled appointment only to be told they were missing the necessary parts to complete brake job. My wife and I work full time and go to school and to keep having appointments turn into nothing is not okay. Be better guys.

During my visit, I was advised to replace the air and engine filters; however, I felt the quoted price was too high. I decided to purchase the filters myself and asked a close friend of mine, who has worked for many years as a vehicle mechanic to install them. When he inspected the vehicle, he noticed oil all over the engine filters. He then checked the oil level and informed me that the vehicle had been overfilled with oil, explaining that overfilling can be just as harmful as not having enough oil. Concerned, I returned to Jiffy Lube store at 8:07 PM because their website states they close at 7:00 PM. An employee named Jason assisted me and checked the oil level. He told me the oil level was fine and stated that if it appeared high on the dipstick, it was because I had been driving the vehicle. He then rudely asked me to leave and said I could return the next day to speak with a manager if I wanted the issue addressed. I informed him that if any damage occurred to my vehicle as a result of this service, the company would be responsible. As I was preparing to leave, another employee, Hailey, approached me and asked what had happened. She rechecked the oil level and confirmed that the vehicle had indeed been overfilled. She immediately offered to correct the issue and fixed it on the spot. I truly appreciate her professionalism and willingness to resolve the problem. However, I am very disappointed in the way I was treated by Jason. Customer service and accountability are extremely important, and being treated dismissively and rudely is unacceptable. Because of this experience, I am very hesitant to return to this company for future vehicle services.

    It’s not often that an oil change leaves me impressed enough to write a review, but the team at this Jiffy Lube truly stood out. Haley and the other two mechanics were professional, knowledgeable, and impressively efficient. Their technical expertise and customer service were top notch. I left feeling confident in the work they did and genuinely appreciated how smoothly everything went. I would absolutely recommend this location to friends and family.     They are very convenient & the people are very friendly. However, This go around I didn't have the greatest experience. after taking my car in for just an oil change and them pushing a few buttons on my car to clear the maintenance message my car would not start. I was told the battery was bad but it's not even a year old & the car was working just fine prior to my visit. Also, I did find them to be more expensive than other places even with the online coupon.

    Waited for 10-15 minutes when I first got there because there were two vehicles apparently getting a lot of work done. I was asked to move to the third bay, which resulted in a 40 minute wait and the two other bays finishing and getting customers in who arrived after me. After 40 minutes of nothing happening to the car in front of me, they had that customer exit his vehicle and go into the office, they then lifted it off the ground to apparently do a tire rotation. At this point I backed out of the entire lot since thankfully no one had lined up behind me, but there were four other cars waiting. All the technicians just kept gathering together around one car or another and at no point was anything communicated to me about why I was waiting so long or to indicate that they even remotely cared. All told my “15 minute” oil change took well over an hour and didn’t even result in an oil change. Hands down the worst, most frustrating experience I have ever had at one of these quick lube places.
