Manager said it was an estimate not an actual appointment time that’s how all JL’s operate. I could have gotten back in line where the line grew 7 more cars ahead of my original position in line. I sure wasn’t going to stay and wait in line since it would have been hours and I had other appointments. Complete BS!

How can the say the air filter and cabin filter are OK on the receipt and tire pressure OK when they weren't checked.
