  Don't leave after you sign the first few papers. they will tell you to go and grab a bite to eat or whatever after the finance guy comes out. Don't. STAY! Stay Until you see the APR on the table. Do the math in front of them. Add state and county taxes as well. ( know these before you go) this is my advice. I LOVE MY CAMPER . But I wanted to return it the next day. Lol. Just wish I would've asked and done all of this. Zach was great. The finance guy was not. Justin i believe his name was. Was not friendly or approachable. Have someone else do the finance part of possible. See the numbers before you go to the back for final paperwork

  Even though there is a lot of negative feedback with this company we thought we'd take a shot and we bought a 12 volt refrigerator for our camper online. It said it was available so we purchased it with the intent of picking it up and possibly wandering around the store for some more things. Suddenly it was canceled we were told it was out of stock and yet it says it is available in the website. There was absolutely no communication and now they are just spamming me. Meanwhile we will not be going there and certainly will not be purchasing anything else or recommending them to anyone else. We took a shot and they failed so we're done. What a terrible way to do business.

  Wow, such terrible communication by service department at Fountain CO Camping World. I had to call 5 times over 2 weeks (they would not return my calls) to schedule an appointment for vehicle I bought there 2 months ago. I finally went today for the warranty work, should have been 1 hr of work, I was there 6.0 hrs, very frustrating. They never called to update on when it would be completed. If I could give them zero stars I would. 🤮

  I had a very frustrating experience with this business. Communication was extremely poor from the start, got a call Monday from Brian asking for my paystubs, emailed them, then didn’t hear anything from them until I called them yesterday. One of my biggest concerns is that my credit was pulled multiple times without clear authorization or explanation, but instead my credit was run seven different times, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, after deciding not to move forward, I reached out via email regarding my deposit refund and have yet to receive any response. Overall, the lack of transparency, communication, and professionalism made this a very negative experience. I would strongly recommend others proceed with caution. Or go someplace else as others have had the same experience based on the reviews.

  This review is for Cameron. This gentleman took the time to fix something that a different location sold and had a defect at installation. I didn’t even have an appointment but I’m a cross country rv traveler from Alaska, and was stuck near the springs. I didn’t know the first thing about the area I was in. Cameron took the time out, and the service area was pretty tied up. I thought I’d be stuck trying to find a hotel and where to stay. Was super stressful, but Cameron got up under my rig and began to repair it and have it function perfectly. Thank you Cameron and Camping World for getting me back on the road the same day!! Good employees are hard to come by these days, folks like Cameron let remind you that there are some people in the world that actually care about your happiness and satisfaction. Thanks again my man!
