  Since purchasing my Volvo S90 I have had two strong opinions on being a Volvo owner: 1. The car itself - I absolutely love it! I love everything about the S90 except for one thing, that it's not a V90. But besides that, I look for reasons to drive this car. And I plan on being a Volvo owner for a long time. 2. Dealing with anything Volvo - I have hated the experience of anything Volvo outside of the car. From the purchase process with Rickenbaugh Volvo in Denver that took 3 attempts just to test drive and was demeaning throughout the process (literally looked up and down twice and ignored with once being told I "probably couldn't afford it"). To the service department which was equally demeaning and everything always was conveniently not covered by the $10K in warranties and maintenance plans they sold me on originally (they never even understood those policies when I had questions on what they actually covered). This has changed with my first experience at Pedersen Volvo! I was expecting just as bad service when I scheduled my S90 for maintenance and troubleshooting a couple of other issues. To my surprise they were awesome and followed through from the start! Miranda welcomed me and assuredly told me they would look into the issues and see what they could get covered under warranty. And that anything they found both covered and uncovered would be quoted giving me a clear picture of what they found and how much it would cost me. For the first time since dealing with Volvo, all but one issue covered under warranty. On top of that, I was not pressed for additional services and fixes (and money) outside of what I came for. I felt like an actual customer for the very first time since dealing with Volvo. I can't thank Miranda enough for the awesome service! I am now a Pedersen Volvo customer from here on out.

  Car buying isn't, and will likely never be, a fun or stress-free experience, but Pedersen Volvo made it as painless and quick as possible. I found a fantastic car at a price I felt good about, the salesman Josh responded promptly to all my questions and went above and beyond in getting the car prepped, getting me out to the dealership from Littleton, etc. Once I was at the dealer the process was efficient and I didn't get the hard sell; what was agreed to is what I received. I drove off happy. I would recommend these folks without hesitation because they have an old school work ethic and customer service approach that is rarely seen today.

  Our experience from start to finish was filled with kindness, compassion, thorough knowledge, and patience. Absolutely the best customer service with our sales person, Ryan, as well as our finance person, Jess. Our car is amazing!

  I didn’t know just how good the Pederson Volvo Service team was until while traveling recently had a horrible experience with another Volvo dealership! My check engine light came on and a screeching noise was coming from the engine; quite concerning as I was thousands of miles from Fort Collins. After the issue was diagnosed ($275 and 1.5 hours later), my call to the Pederson service team was promptly answered and I was reassured the issue could be handled upon my return without worry of any engine damage. I was always pleased with the service I received at Pederson but, am truly grateful now that I’ve experience something quite the opposite. My deepest gratitude Pederson Service Team; I am now acutely aware of what exemplary service should be and is!
