  Took my car in for a flat to see if it could be repaired, they examined the whole car and gave me advice due to my breaks being loud instead of trying to upsell me they recommended I skip unnecessary parts that are high cost and gave me a clean answer on what the absolute bare minimum fixes would be. This saved me close to a thousand dollars of unnecessary repairs. Getting the car back was quick and easy and after inspecting it they did a great job. They cleaned my car, got a new tire and cabin filter.

  The guys over at McCormick off of Manhattan always take care of our car needs. Had an engine light periodically coming on with no clue what was causing it. Marty was able to get me scheduled on our short visit back to FoCo, thanks Marty, and Wesley was able to get my issue fixed and back on the road in no time. If you have car needs, whatever they are, these are your guys! Thanks again, Marty and Wesley!! Oh, btw, they have a great shuttle service too! Jason, thanks for the pickup and great convo!!

  FANTASTIC from start to finish! I brought my car in because it was making a weird noise and this team was great throughout all interactions. The front desk were very nice in conversation and throughout the whole process with explaining the diagnosis and what was needed right away without taking advantage of my lack of knowledge. KEVIN the mechanic did a fantastic job on my car, you can tell he takes care of each car that comes in and you will not have to worry about yours here!

  My vehicle got a flat and needed to be towed. I called in to arrange everything, the person I spoke to was very friendly and quick to help (the only reason this isn't a 1 star). Within 30 minutes the car was being towed in and arrived right at closing time. The next morning I received a call that we would need to replace the tire and was given a price. I was told the tire would take nearly a week to arrive and was given no other option to have it taken care of sooner and they would have to collect a deposit on the tire. I confirmed the tire brand/model and size and did some searching on my own. I found that tirerack has the exact same tire in stock and I could have it in 1-2 days meaning I could have the car back in 2 days instead of 7. I mentioned this over text and was immediately told I could pay for the tow and come pick my car up because they won't install a tire that they didn't sell. No discussion. For the price they had quoted they could have bought it themselves from tirerack and still made money. I didn't complain about the price or ask to price match or anything, just wanted my car back sooner. I called another shop in town that is a preferred tirerack installer, I was informed they could get the tire the next day and the price was significantly cheaper, Enough to pay for a second tow. They ordered the tire immediately, didn't even wait for my car to get there and didn't mention needing a deposit. So that's what I did I had the car towed from McCormick to another shop in town that had my car back on the road 6 days sooner than McCormick would have. Had I went to the other shop initially I would have paid ~20% less.
