  En mi opinión es una Agencia mala rente un carro y se apagó en el camino y me están cobrando 1,260 dólares de remolque como que si es culpa mía que el carro se ayga apagado eso me tiene un poco confundido y estoy disgusto por eso

  I rented a vehicle from 4/2/26 to 4/9/26. During my rental my account was hacked with over $-2,000 which they knew. When they called me the next day they said I owed $103 and I asked why. I was told gas. I said I could not put gas in because I am still fighting the charges. I was told it would be billed out and to just pay online before my next rental. It is 4/11/26 and enterprise charged my account at 7:13pm which of course did not go through and left me with another $45 nsf fee. I was lied to about the billing out conversation. Also, I looked at the bill and it has me brining the vehicle in on the 10th at 6:41am. I was also charged another day I didn't even have the car. Just what I needed on top of my account being hacked. Thanks enterprise

  Warning to all renters: Always video the entire car before you drive off and again right before you drop it off. After waiting over an hour at pick up because they didn’t have the vehicle I reserved, I reluctantly agreed to take a filthy, un-detailed car covered in dirt from the previous customer; I couldn’t wait any longer for it to be cleaned. When I returned the car, it was inspected in my presence and cleared with no issues noted. Later, I received a voicemail falsely claiming I caused a windshield crack and that they planned to file a claim with my insurance. I immediately sent a formal dispute with my video evidence attached and demanded they stop. I followed up urgently when they didn’t respond. They never replied at all — complete radio silence. This is unacceptable. Attempting to blame customers for pre-existing damage while completely ignoring legitimate disputes shows terrible customer service. I have rented from Hertz many times without a single issue. Document everything. They clearly don’t care about the facts.

  This was THE WORST EXPERIENCE. Do not rent a car from here. Save yourself the trouble. Multiple people cancelled reservation in line ahead of us because they were taking too long to bring a car out. Had a 9am pickup time and waited over an hour for our car. We requested a 7 seat van to be better with our kids. They said the van they were going to give us was so dirty that it was going to take a while longer to clean, but they could switch to another van that would only take 15 minutes to clean. Why they didn't just do that automatically, I don't know. We said okay but we HAD to leave. They did try to give a small discount and they brought the van out and the inside was filthy. (See pictures) we did not even leave with a clean car and now I will have to clean it in the go. But we could not wait any longer and had to go. I asked if we could take the middle seat out and leave it with them as we were returning the car to the same location and they said no. So now the plan with the seats and the kids is all messed up and everyone will be very uncomfortable getting in and out of the car. Left a little after 10:30 which cuts into drive time. This place is insane. Go somewhere else!!!
