- PPPatricioFeb 12, 20261.0Our windshield broke again within 9 days of a 900$ install. They say it's impact for a car that's garage kept and hasn't been on the highway. I find that dubious. The install didn’t secure the rubber liners on the outside of the window so they were just left loose. The next shop secured those properly. You cannot speak to a person and will instead get a Safelite bot who can't make out any of your requests. You can just go to Glass Doctor on College. Cheaper, better service, local, and will fix your window if it breaks within a year. So do that. We paid significantly less at Glass Doctor and the desk person had remaining brain cells.
